You can have Corned Beef Casserole using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Corned Beef Casserole

  1. You need 12 oz. of can Corned Beef (broken up).
  2. You need 8 oz. of extra-sharp Cheddar Cheese grated (can use sharp cheddar if can't find extra-Sharp).
  3. It's 1 C. of Sweet Onion diced.
  4. You need 10 oz. of can Cream of Chicken Soup.
  5. It's 1/2 C. of Milk (any fat percent).
  6. You need 6 C. of Mullers Elbow Macaroni (cooked).

Combine noodles, corned beef, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk and onion. Use canned or leftover corned beef in this easy corned beef casserole. We used egg noodles in the casserole, but spaghetti or similar pasta could be used as well. This makes a nice potluck dish, and it's an excellent way to use leftover corned beef.

Corned Beef Casserole instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees..
  2. Mix the corned beef, cheese, and onion together.
  3. Mix the soup & milk together..
  4. Combine the 2 mixtures and add the Macaroni..
  5. Place into a 2.5 qt. lightly greased baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes..

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Toss bread cubes with butter; sprinkle over top. Corned Beef Casserole Recipe - You'll need these ingredients. I'm using an old Southern favorite known as "hoop cheese" in this recipe, but any good cheddar cheese will work for you. And, please note that we are using Corned Beef and not Corned Beef Hash, there IS a difference.
